In accordance with the Resolution of the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (the "Company") dated 26 June 2024, it is hereby notified to all the Shareholders of the Company that the Company will distribute cash dividends of IDR24.1 (twenty four point one Rupiah) for the financial year 2023, provided that such cash dividends shall be set off against the interim dividend for the financial year 2023 paid at IDR6 (six Rupiah) per share by the Company to the Shareholders on 22 December 2023.

Accordingly, the remaining cash dividends for the financial year 2023 will be distributed by the Company at IDR18.1 (eighteen point one Rupiah) per share.

The schedule and procedure for the distribution of the cash dividend for the financial year 2023 are as follows:
